Grown by Mr. Anibal Erazo Chávez, this Honduras bean has been lovingly cared for and purchased through direct trade. After depulping the cherries, they are giving 14 hrs to dry ferment. Then washed 4 times before the beans are solar dried for 17 days. This washing process lends to a familiar cup with notes of Lime and Cherry Cola.
