This tasty chocolatey coffee is one of the few coffees we source that is actually a blend of crops from several small farmers. These small producers from the town of La Florida in the region of Narino, Colombia bring together ripe-picked cherries and traditionally dry ferment for 12 hours, before washing and patio drying for 12 days.
Expect chocolate and walnut tones, balanced with blueberry and cherry fruitiness. This has a nice thick mouthfeel and a clean finish with hints of spice as it cools.
